This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") sets forth how user information is handled in the application "Koibito Calendar" (the "App").

The App collects the following information when Users log in and use the App:
1. Authentication Information
- Email address
- Identifiers required for authentication
2. In-App Data
- Schedule information
- Memo information
- Labels and categorization data
- Sharing settings and other data registered and managed by the User within the App
The App does not collect personal information such as name, address, phone number, payment information (including credit card details), or location data.
Article 2 (Purpose of Use)
The collected information is used only within the scope of the purposes described in this Policy:
- Providing login and account management functions
- Providing storage, synchronization, and sharing of schedules and memos
Article 3 (Provision to Third Parties)
The App does not provide user information to third parties without consent.

- Firebase Authentication
- Firebase Firestore (Google LLC)
These services may be subject to their own privacy policies.
Article 5 (Advertising)
The App may display banner advertisements promoting websites or services operated by the developer. No third-party ad networks are used.
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
The App shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users or third parties through the use of the App.
The App shall also not be liable for any data loss or damage, including but not limited to the following cases:
- Deletion or overwriting caused by User or shared partner actions
- Synchronization failures due to network issues or device malfunctions
- Failures or specification changes in external services such as Firebase
- Other unforeseen issues
Article 7 (Changes to this Policy)
The App may update this Policy as necessary. Changes shall take effect when posted within the App.
