These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the application "Koibito Calendar" (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Article 1 (Scope)

  1. These Terms apply to all matters related to the provision and use of the App.
  2. Any guidelines, help pages, or notices (collectively, the "Individual Rules") shall constitute part of these Terms.
  3. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Individual Rules, the Individual Rules shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms shall be defined as follows:

  1. "User" means an individual who agrees to these Terms and uses the App.
  2. "Registration Information" means information registered or submitted by the User.
  3. "User Content" means schedules, memos, labels, images, and other data created, stored, or transmitted by the User.
  4. "Partner" means a person invited by the User to share User Content through the App.

Article 3 (Account)

  1. An account is required to use the App.
  2. The User shall manage their account information at their own responsibility and shall not lend, transfer, or share it with third parties.
  3. The developer shall not be liable for damages caused by unauthorized use of the account unless due to intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
  4. The User shall promptly update their Registration Information if any changes occur.

Article 4 (Free Plan and Premium Plan)

  1. The App provides a free plan and a premium plan (paid).
  2. The features available under each plan shall be as described within the App.
  3. The premium plan is provided as a one-time purchase (non-subscription).
  4. Refunds after purchase shall be subject to the policies of the respective app store.

Article 5 (Features and Sharing)

  1. The App provides calendar features that allow Users to share schedules and memos.
  2. The User invites partners at their own responsibility.
  3. Sharing may allow others to view, edit, or delete data.
  4. The developer shall not be involved in disputes between Users.

Article 6 (Data Storage and Synchronization)

  1. Data is stored in the cloud and synchronized.
  2. Delays or inconsistencies may occur due to network conditions.
  3. The User is responsible for managing important data.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property)

  1. All rights related to the App belong to the developer.
  2. The App may only be used within the permitted scope.
  3. Rights to User Content belong to the User.

Article 8 (Prohibited Actions)

  1. Violation of laws or regulations
  2. Interference with the service
  3. Infringement of rights
  4. Unauthorized use
  5. Other inappropriate actions

Article 9 (Suspension)

The developer may suspend accounts if violations occur.

Article 10 (Service Changes)

The App may be changed or discontinued without prior notice.

Article 11 (Disclaimer)

The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.

Article 12 (Personal Information)

Personal information shall be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Article 13 (Changes to Terms)

Changes shall take effect when posted.

Article 14 (Governing Law)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
